SIMPLE REPORTS

Listing simple report Templates

Templates are shown by alphabetic and category order. You should try to keep all the templates of a same kind in the same category, of course...

You can Choose, Edit, and Delete templates (beware, no further warning, for that one!)

Writing simple report templates

Just enter plain text without markup strings

You must enter four different model texts: One for an adult male, one for an adult female, one for an male child, one for a female child. This ensures gramatically correct output, the program chooses the right text automatically from the patient's sex and age.

Some data variables you can use for constructing templates:

Choosing a report

Actually you've got to choose here a template, a physician (the patient's in-house physician is displayed as a default), a facility (the place of service: headers will be generated from that info), a destinatary (many reports are printed out and given out hand-to-hand to the patient) and a delivery method.

Please, Notice that ALL those options must be filled or you'll get strange results

According to the chosen options, you'll get further dropdown choices in the next page too.

Editing a report

You can edit the place and date line (default: facility's city and current date) as well as the body of the report itself, and the doctor's information.

enjoy!
